Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card Review

The point-based entry-level Axis Bank My Zone Credit Card has simple features. It is a good option for individuals looking for a flexible reward program, exclusive discounts, and offers on dining, shopping, and travel. However, this card comes with an annual fee after the first year of usage, high-interest rates, limited reward redemption options, and caps on offers.

Additionally, the complimentary airport lounge access also has its own set of restrictions.

It is best suited for people seeking an entry-level card with modest ongoing spending requirements or for premium and super premium credit cardholders seeking favourable dining privileges. However, an individual should consider all the pros and cons of this card against their spending habits and lifestyle to ascertain alignment before making a choice.

If you are looking for other credit cards that offer benefits similar to this one, you can refer to the cards mentioned below:
1. SBI SimplyCLICK Credit Card
2. HDFC Millennia Credit Card
3. Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Credit Card

Who should get an Axis My Zone Credit Card?

Answering this question is simple. This credit card will help the user save money and even earn rewards if they like watching movies, often eat out, and frequently fill up their vehicle. However, other cards do this task better. (Better rewards, no restrictions, etc.)

This could be a fantastic card if the user loves Axis Bank, conducts all their other banking there, and requires the red triangle emblem in the user's wallet. It is also suited for people who are foodies, as it not only provides a 40% discount on Swiggy but also 15% dining privileges under the Dining Delights program of Axis Bank.

2. Axis Bank suspends reward redemptions for credit cards used for Business Spends

Axis Bank has suspended reward redemptions for some credit cardholders and is requesting invoices to verify travel spending. The bank believes that some cardholders are misusing reward points by using their cards for business expenses, which is against the terms of the cardholder agreement. Axis Bank says that this is a routine exercise to monitor suspicious spending, but some genuine cardholders have also been flagged. Experts recommend using separate business credit cards to avoid such problems.
