Axis Bank PRIMUS Credit Card Review

The Axis Bank PRIMUS Credit Card, with its high joining and renewal fees, is clearly made for Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). Its offerings are premium and go above and beyond what most credit cards offer. It is a card for people who enjoy luxury and exclusivity, catering to a very niche segment.
One thing to note is that since there is no annual fee waiver, cardholders will have to pay a considerably high renewal fee every year. This might be a negative point for some. However, it may be a good deal, with all the benefits that come with the card. Additionally, it is an invite-only card, meaning it's not accessible to everyone.
Cardholders can earn EDGE Miles by using the card to pay for rent, utilities and fuel, and maximise their rewards. Additional miles are also available through quarterly milestone benefits. If you are looking for a card that brings luxury, convenience and exclusivity to your life, then this might be the card for you.

2. Axis Bank suspends reward redemptions for credit cards used for Business Spends

Axis Bank has suspended reward redemptions for some credit cardholders and is requesting invoices to verify travel spending. The bank believes that some cardholders are misusing reward points by using their cards for business expenses, which is against the terms of the cardholder agreement. Axis Bank says that this is a routine exercise to monitor suspicious spending, but some genuine cardholders have also been flagged. Experts recommend using separate business credit cards to avoid such problems.
