There are two ways to check the credit card application status of HSBC Bank:

  1. Call HSBC customer service. You can call HSBC customer service at 1800 267 3456 or 1800 121 2208 (within India) or +91 40 6126 8002 or +91 80 7189 8002 (overseas). After verifying your identity, the IVR or the executive will notify you about the card's status.
  2. Visit an HSBC branch. You can also visit your nearest HSBC branch to check your credit card application status. A customer service representative will be able to help you with this.

HSBC does not currently have an online tool for checking credit card application status.

Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for your credit card application to be processed. You may receive an SMS from HSBC on your mobile number stated on the application form with updates on the status of your application.
