If you hold a Tata Neu Infinity or Tata Neu Plus credit card from HDFC Bank, understanding these updates is crucial for planning your future airport experiences. The primary shift involves moving away from direct credit card swipes for domestic lounge access towards a system based on achieving quarterly spending milestones to earn vouchers.

Here's a breakdown of the upcoming HDFC Credit Card Lounge Access changes:

1. Domestic Lounge Access:

Instead of simply swiping your card at the lounge, you'll now need to earn lounge vouchers based on your spending. To qualify for these vouchers, you must spend at least ₹50,000 in a calendar quarter on your Tata Neu credit card.

• Tata Neu Infinity HDFC Bank Credit Card: By meeting the spending criteria, you can receive a maximum of two complimentary domestic lounge vouchers per quarter, totalling up to eight per year.
• Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card: Spending ₹50,000 or more in a quarter makes you eligible for one complimentary domestic lounge voucher per quarter, with a maximum of four vouchers annually.

Once you qualify, you'll receive an SMS and email notification. You can then claim your voucher within 120 days through a link provided in the message. The claimed voucher will be valid for 180 days.

Checking Your Eligibility and Spending:

You can easily track your spending and check if you've qualified for the lounge vouchers through HDFC Bank NetBanking or the MobileBanking App. Simply log in, navigate to the credit card section, select your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card, and click on "Redeem Reward Points" to access the Rewards Portal. From there, go to "MyReward > Spend Promo Details" to view your status.

2. International Lounge Access:

The policy also includes updates for international lounge access:

• VISA Cardholders: Effective 1 June 2025, a Priority Pass will only be issued upon request for Tata Neu Infinity VISA cardholders. If you have a new, renewed, or replacement card, you'll need to apply for the Priority Pass separately. With the Priority Pass, you and one add-on member can enjoy four complimentary international lounge visits per year (one per quarter). Any additional visits will be charged at US $27 + GST per person.
• RuPay Cardholders: You are entitled to four complimentary international lounge accesses per year (one per quarter). There will be a transaction fee of $3.25 for these visits, which will be reversed. Additional visits might be permitted at the lounge's discretion, but may incur charges.
