Samco FAQ

Following are the steps to close SAMCO Account: 

  • Clear all the pending dues, sell all your holdings, transfer your funds into your bank account. 

  • Call SAMCO helpdesk to send you an account closure form via email. 

  • Fill the account closure form, sign it and send it to the SAMCO Corporate office. 

  • On receiving the closure request form, the CRM team will do the required paperwork in 7 days (Maximum time for account closure confirmation is 15 days).

There are 3 ways by which you can transfer funds to the SAMCO account

  • Deposits via Cheque in favour of “Samco Securities limited” or “Samco Commodities limited”, (when you have to trade in commodities), takes, 3-4 days.

  • Instant Fund Transfer via Payment Gateway (per transaction Rs. 6 + GST).

  • Fund Transfer via NEFT and RTGS (takes 3-4 hours).

Here are the following steps which will guide you use Samco mobile trading app:

  • Open play store or app store and search SAMCO and download the app

  • Enter your User ID, password and click on sign in

  • You can add Equity scrips, Derivatives, Currencies and Commodity Scrips in the market watch

  • Once the stock is added in Market Watch, select the Buy option in order to open Buy order window

  • Select the Product Type from the List (CO, MIS, NRML, CNC)

  • Select the Order Type (Market, Limit, SL-L, SL-M)

  • Enter the Qty and Price in the options provided

  • Click on submit to Place the Order.

  • If you want to place sell order - Click on Sell option in order to open Sell order window

  • Select the Product Type from the List (CO, MIS, NRML, CNC)

  • Select the Order Type (Market, Limit, SL-L, SL-M)

  • Enter the Qty and Price in the options provided

  • Click on submit to Place the Order.

  • In order to sell the position, sell order product type selected should be matched with the available position product type.

Following are the steps to open an Samco account

  • Click on open an account button. 

  • Fill in the registration form.  

  • Set your new password and confirm. 

  • Enter your PAN info and your date of birth 

  • Fill your personal details like – name, gender, income etc. 

  • Enter your residential address as per your address proof. 

  • Enter the bank details that you wish to register with your trading & demat account. 

  • Choose the segment/ instruments in which you wish to operate. 

  • Upload the mandatory documents where required 

  • Review your submitted details and digitally sign your trading/ demat account application. 

  • Next process will be your ‘in-person verification’ and that’s it. 

You have successfully registered for a trading and demat account with Samco. To complete the entire account setup, you need to submit a signed copy of the POA (Power of Attorney) in order to sell your shareholdings in Samco.
